Kansai Franklin Graham Festival

Teke Juku

Old sword marks of students settling arguments in side the small quarters of a school for doctors in the Bakumatsu Era...Nozomi and I went to Osaka to Visit my Old Boss and now friend Rev.Chad Hammond of BGEA...Nozomi the better educated of the two sought to see the place of study where old Samurais traded there Katana for the scalpel of a surgeon.

Life at TCJ

Work Hard Play Hard sleep it off and back for more ...Rehab in TCJ is quite different from that of other known programs...TCJ loves to take it to the extrem
with that in all areas of daily living...from one extrem to the other. from negetive to positive ...from dirty to clean...no hope to all hope...there is nothing to extrem for us when we think about all the crazy things we use to do so why not live in extrem in Christ...

Born Again

My favorite jump point in the chubu area...Kadena Marina.
I love taking the boys out for a swim...every opportunity we get we hit the kadena marina for a born again experience...The boy's me included take a leap of faith and into the deep blue as if to signify a death to the past and a rebirth into the future...

YWAM

Brother Shingo Has a sister who happn's to be in Okinawa the same time he is in the program...
On one hand Shingo the older brother is in okinawa to rehabilitae himself in Jesus; And on the other hand his sister is in the YWAM program getting trained to share Jesus in the other parts of the world...Interesting... I decided to make time for a small family reunion Pastor Yoshida agreed and allowed for the meeting and with out say it was a healing time for the both of them in the Lord.

My Mum

2010 June 6
Mum - Yamashiro (Hogan ) Tomoko
Gave her Testimony at Shin Sei Church in Itoman (Pastor Higa)
Mum went through a lot in her life and She gave all Glory to Jesus her Savior ... starting with the pagan worship and the lies of the devil through the yuta (mediums) she spoke of the one and only true God which she hear at a Billy Graham crusade in the 80's....God's promises are for those who love him and remains faithful til the end...After she got a hold of Jesus she never let go even though her son brought much grief and pain she credited Jesus as the one who got her through...though all may forsake she said with tears in her eyes Jesus never did...
Hallelujah...Go Mum Many of the older saint in Church related very well with what mum had to share and had a ball after church during fellowship...in one accord .

Family Reunion

Masaki's Family Visited Okinawa to celebrate Masaki's Graduation from TCJ.
God is so good ...in His goodness he is able to do more than we can ever imagine.
Masaki never thought he could ever be reunited to his family and recieve the forgiveness that they so easily lavished on him through out the process of going through the TCJ Program.
Now they are his great supporter and is encouraging him to stay on the straight and narrow but even more to live for Christ...
